Return Policy

We accept returns on defective or damaged items, or if the wrong item was received. If you received an item you would like to return, please contact by phone or email with order and product details. Items returned without approval will not be accounted for, and will be properly disposed of.
Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not covered by our policy.We also do not accept returns on leaking disposables, but we can accept a return if the device was Dead on Arrival (DOA). 
All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
